The description should have included the fact that the book was written over 20 years ago and covers only stick and gas welding, with no mention of today's mainstream welding systems such as MIG, TIG and wire feed. The book only has 45 pages relating to welding, the remainder is filled with tables and charts which are probably already available to most metalworkers. "Welding Secrets" could profit from a thorough updating plus a lot of editing to improve the clumsy style and the numerous unclear explanations presented by the author. In my opinion, definitely not worth the price of admission.
